Despite the fact its been given permission to do so??

I went to the app after they said they "fixed" the bugs... um yea no. They did not fix anything. I have a movie I want to see this weekend but I cant see when the showtime is so I dont know wether or not to go on Friday or Saturday.

I rely on my Flixster/Rotten Tomatoes app on my iPhone wherever I am. I am a movie addict, live in New England, snowbird 4 months per year, and love to travel. With just a few adjustments for orientation, I am able to use my Flixster to help me find a show wherever I am, without getting lost ?. I love Flixster, please keep those movies, reviews, and orientation to distance from user - I love it all❤️

For many many years this has been my go to movie app. It always works, no errors ever, 100% reliable. I use it before going to a movie theater to see up-to-the-minute USER ratings (sorry, critics rate movies like theyre grading English papers). I use it to see which movies are playing where. I use it on trips all over the country to quickly see which movie theater is the closest no matter where I am and to see whats playing. I use it while choosing on demand movies at home. I use it at the video store. I use it standing in front of red box. I use it at the library checking out movies. I use it at the store and online before purchasing a movie. Everytime I see a movie trailer or hear of a great movie I quick pull up the app and add it to my want to see list so I can refer to it later instead of trying to remember which movie I wanted to see. Ive had this app so many years I cant remember not having it. Its always there, has everything I need and its custom fit to me, all mine. Keep up the good work Flixster!!

This is an update review. I originally left a bad review due to the showtimes feature that to think about it was taken away by a constraint issue in UIKit (dev stuff) which the dev team probably deserves my apology. Anyway the showtimes button has returned and I couldnt be happier! This is quite honestly the best movie app Ive ever used. Ive been a user on both iOS and Android since probably 2011 and its been a fantastic resource in finding good movies to watch. The application is simple to use, well designed, and performs smoothly. My only nitpick would be, find a less intrusive way to advertise movies other than using a model segue, especially if the ad is for the exact movie I just selected. Anyway keep up the good work.

I will not go see a movie unless I check it out on Flixster first. It helps me determine if a movie sounds like something I want to see.

I have used this app for quite a while, and have it to be very useful. Its nice to be able locate theaters when I am away from home, and their listings of movies and their times is always spot on. The reviews are entertaining , though I dont always agree with their opinions of the movie in question. Overall, I rate this app as excellent.

Overwhelmed with visual quirks. Menus randomly appear in the middle of the screen, clock and battery charge level randomly pops to the left side, and movie lists will randomly highlight some movies in blue. Ive loved this app for years, and still do, but this is definitely the most glitchy version Ive seen.

Cant find my local theatre anymore!! Used to work ok. And the support page for app goes to nowhere. Downhill slide for once great app.

Every trailer I attempt to watch states "error: unsupported URL" Its been occurring for a couple months now without a fix. Im not going to use the app anymore. Cheers

Im sitting in Kingston Ontario looking for a movie outing and look for theatres within 100 kms and it tells me of theatres everywhere even in the US but not in Kingston. How stupid is this???

Why almost all Cineplex and Stars cinemas of Montreal suddenly disappeared ?

I have been using Flixster happily for years. The most recent version has eliminated theaters within 10 miles (only theaters more than 10 miles away are shown). Deleting the app and reinstalling did not correct the problem.

This app has died. All my theatres are gone. Where are the listings?

I have used this app for years and loved it but I recently lost access to most of the theatres near me. Hope it gets fixed soon

...but theatres I regularly attend have been disappearing from the list within the app. Unsure why but now the this app has become basically useless to me.

What happened to your app?? Most of my theatres nearby are no longer listed and you cant buy tix through Fandago. We need a new update with bugs fixed

3/4 of all the theatres in my area are no longer on the app. So may as well delete it now. Was the best app out there. What gives?
