Why, WHY !!!!!! Cant I post a review! You keep telling me I have to log out of Facebook! I cant even save movies.

What else can I say?

very confusing. this app does not have the correct movie dates, doesnt show all upcoming movies, & has an incorrect number of movies i had put as wanting to see. needs to be updated? or has this app just been abandoned? honestly i wouldnt be surprised. things have been like this for a while.

My experience with this app has been great up until recently. I hope they fix the problem Im about to address, but Im likely moving on to a theater specific app and will be keeping a lookout for improvements. I went with a friend to a showing of Spiderman Homecoming. We had both seen the movie in 2-D and regular 3-D. I noticed on the Flixter app that my local theater was showing it in IMAX & IMAX 3-D. We chose plain IMAX (no 3-D). At least that was our plan. We drive out to the theater and ask for tickets to the IMAX showing. She hands us tickets while telling us there is no IMAX showing at this theater. We asked the manager to explain. It turns out the (company) theaters app only advertised Real-D 3-D and 2-D showings. We were already there and wanted to not waste our time, so we just went with it and saw it in 2-D again. Very frustrating to get excited to see a movie in IMAX only to be let down by a faulty app. Whether it was wrong information retrieved by Flixter from the company the runs the theater, or some other reason, Im tempted to just dump it altogether. I ask Flixter to get its act together so I dont have to be disappointed like this in the future. Choosing a 3 star rating until I see something is done. Ill check back. -Signed SG

This is my go-to app for movie reviews and theater times/places.

The showtimes for my local theatre is way off. You show showtimes at that site for IMAX and they dont even have a IMAX. When you click on times it goes to Fandango and says that show does not exist. You need to fix what ever glitch is causing the errors...

I used this app regularly for a long time and loved it. Unfortunately the newer version has a lot of pop-up ads and they really get in the way... truly annoying! Worst of all, movie times are gone! You need to "purchase tickets" to see movie times. Too bad.

If your anything like me and head to the movies at least once a week...unless there really is nothing worthwhile to see...them this is the app for you. I love how you can see trailers, whats coming soon, showtimes and places that are showing your movie

What can I say? One of the most indispensable apps on the iPhone. You HAVE to have this! After 6 years of constant use, my opinion remains the same!
