Flixster - Showtimes + Tickets App Reviews

Need to add "rated" option to be able to separate all the kids movies for the kids to view or a family selection, something!

Use to be my go to app to find showtime and reviews now riddled with ads and can only view showtimes from a few theaters via fandango. Will look elsewhere for a better app.

Used to be an awesome, easy way to find a select a movie to attend along with a time and theater. Over time it seems some mainstream popular current movies dont even appear in the Box office. You have to go to the theater and see all the listings for that theater to ensure you are looking at everything that is out for viewing. The latest is checking movie times. I now have to select purchase Fandango Tickets to see movie times. I have absolutely no interest in paying a middle man for my movie tickets so I want to go back to when the movie times were simply listed with the movie or I click on "Find Movie Times." Even if the functionality behind that is the same, I dont want the high pressure sales job by Fandango.

This is the only app I use to decide what movies to watch. If it doesnt have a good "Rotten Tomatoes" rating, save your money!

Dont know what happened to this app but in my area it is not good in the last few months. Cant get any reliable info in 19703.

I totally rely on Flixster not only for film sites and times but for reviews and trailers. It has made my moviegoing simple and easy to manage. Great app.

This is one of my top 5 Apps of all time.

Fun to be able to review and share about movies

One would hope that having so much access to the portfolios of critics would somehow give the apps operators some idea as to whether they are allowing someone to voice actual insight as to summarize what they thought of the movie and its general watchability and not a legion of trolls who spoil it by all but copy and paste the entire script on the review.

I depend on Flixster to scan what movies are playing at my local theaters. I also like the feature that lets me add movie DVDs to my Netflix que.

Flixster is one of my favorite apps! Im a movie lover and I dont know how I ever got by without it

I love this app. I find new releases, ratings, movies already out on DVD and show times for theaters. Its pretty much complete. Also gives the option to watch the trailers. This is pretty complete. Been using it for years so I felt it deserved a review. :)

I use this app several times a month. Can no longer remember when we didnt have Flixster. Maybe it was back in the Dark Ages.

For many years this was my go to app. Now it has gone to the crapper with constant errors, inaccurate showtimes and lack of regular show times and only showing 3-D showtimes... really? . App deleted .
